1 head of garlic
extra virgin olive oil
pinch of sea salt
grill or oven
Slice the top off the head of garlic so each individual clove is exposed.
Drizzle with olive oil & sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
Wrap in a double layer of aluminum foil, and place in indirect heat on grill for approx. 30 minutes, or until soft.
Once cooked, cloves should be creamy & spreadable. Use for dressings, hummus, dips or just spread plain on toast. Check out the Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette recipe for inspiration!
